Andrew combines business-facing consulting with hands-on experience across cloud infrastructure, automation, and business systems. He has built service-desk workflows, implemented CRM and delivery platforms, and simplified access across systems. That breadth matters when a bottleneck crosses several tools and teams. At Eniks, he works with you to trace the problem, challenge what needs to change, and shape a build around the result your team needs. His focus: a clear scope, workable integrations, and a result you can judge.

Svilen Petrov

Turning AI capability into software your team can use.

Svilen connects enterprise systems experience with full-stack software engineering across applications, databases, and user interfaces. His focus is the whole workflow: how information moves, where people make decisions, and what the software must get right. At Eniks, he takes an AI-first approach to building: using coding agents to develop and refine solutions, while keeping architecture, code review, and verification under engineering control. The goal is a working proof you can inspect, then software your team can understand, maintain, and build on.

We work alongside the people doing the job: watch the workflow, examine the handoffs, and agree what better means. Then we build and test one focused proof using synthetic or approved redacted data. You see what works, what is simulated, and where human approval belongs before deciding whether to fund production.

AI-first means using AI throughout our own engineering process and considering where it can improve yours. We use conventional automation where rules are clear, AI where interpretation helps, and human judgement where the decision needs an accountable person.
