Prove one workflow before you fund a production build.
Bring us one real business process. We will help you isolate the right problem and build a focused demonstration around one agreed success condition.
A recurring workflow has a clear owner
The current process has visible friction or manual effort
A safe example can represent the work
Your team can explain the exceptions and desired result
Applications are selected for fit and available capacity. We confirm the scope before either side commits time.
How it works
From messy process to useful evidence.
The goal is not to impress you with a generic AI demo. It is to learn whether one real workflow is worth taking further.
01
Show us the real process
Walk us through the people, tools, handoffs, exceptions, and friction in one recurring workflow.
02
Choose one success condition
Together, we narrow the opportunity to one result the proof of concept can demonstrate clearly.
03
Build in a safe environment
We create a focused demo using synthetic or approved redacted inputs, without touching production systems.
04
Review the evidence
You see what worked, what did not, the production risks, and the practical options for what happens next.
Clear boundaries
Free means focused, not undefined.
A narrow scope protects your team, your data, and the quality of the result.
One selected business workflow
One agreed success condition
A working demo in a non-production environment
A walkthrough with your process owner
Written findings and next-step options
Production deployment or operational support
Production credentials, systems, or live access
Live personal, regulated, or confidential data by default
Source-code or deployable-asset transfer
Guaranteed savings, performance, or commercial outcomes
Before work starts, Eniks and the customer confirm the workflow, success condition, safe inputs, responsibilities, confidentiality, ownership, deletion, and any required data-processing terms in writing.
Questions
Know what you are saying yes to.
The proof of concept is designed to answer a feasibility question, not blur the line between a demo and a production system.
Is the proof of concept really free?+
For selected applications, there is no fee for the agreed proof-of-concept scope. Any discovery, production build, licence, transfer, or ongoing service is optional and agreed separately.
What data do you need?+
Synthetic or approved redacted examples are the default. Do not send credentials, production access, live personal data, regulated data, or confidential datasets before Eniks completes the required security and legal review.
What do we receive?+
You receive a working demonstration of the agreed success condition, a walkthrough, and written findings. The free scope does not include production deployment, operational responsibility, source-code transfer, or ongoing support.
What happens after the walkthrough?+
You can stop with the evidence, refine the problem through paid discovery, or ask for a separate production proposal. There is no automatic commitment to continue.
What is agreed before work starts?+
We confirm the workflow, success condition, safe inputs, responsibilities, confidentiality, ownership, deletion, and any required data-processing terms in writing before the proof of concept begins.
Bring the process. We will help you find the smallest useful proof.
Use the first call to show us how the work actually happens. If the problem and capacity fit, we will define the proof-of-concept scope together.
